Hale Niu ~ Coconut House
You have found one of the largest units in the complex of Ku’ilima Estates West. This well designed 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit is a perfect fit for your next family vacation. Downstairs you will find a large living room with a screened in lanai and outdoor dining table.

• Two twins in the second bedroom
• Two twins in the third bedroom
• Two full bathrooms
• Window air conditioners in the bedrooms
Just off the living room is a lovely indoor dining area with seating for six. New comfortable couch and chairs gives you ample room to relax inside after a long beach day. We have a well-stocked kitchen with a spacious seating area right in the kitchen.
On the first floor you will find the primary bedroom outfitted with queen bed, flat screen TV with Spectrum cable access and window air conditioner. There is a full bathroom with bathtub downstairs as well. Upstairs you have two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, window air conditioners, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs with Spectrum cable access. There is a bathroom upstairs with shower and tub to wash up the kiddos after a long day at the beach.
There is a washer/dryer with a small supply of complementary laundry soap. Every condo is fully stocked with linens, bath and beach towels and beach chairs. We have all your kitchen needs such as a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, rice cooker, etc. One off street, designated parking space is included and you will have access to one guest spot as well.
Within the condo complex you have access to three heated pools all with tables, chairs, lounges and charcoal BBQ grills. Grab your favorite fresh fish from the harbor and some Kahuku sweet corn from the farm stand around the corner and you are set! Complementary tennis courts, pickleball courts and a basketball net are all on property for your use as well.
Just a short distance, about ¼ mile from the condo complex you will find the The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay and all the fantastic restaurants and beaches they have to offer. You can book surf lessons, horseback riding tours or helicopter tours across the island all from The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay.
10-minute drive to Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Valley and Shark’s Cove.
20-minute drive to the town of Hale’iwa where you can find great restaurants, shopping and adventure tours like shark tours, jet-ski rentals, and scuba diving.
10-minute drive to Brigham Young University and Polynesian Cultural Center.

Very easy through e-mail and texting. Our stay was excellent. Full information on how to get to the property and how to check in and out made everything a breeze. Our stay was quiet, no noisy neighbors. The unit was clean upon arrival. Our unit was perfect for 3 couples to share and made our vacation very enjoyable. Thank you. I really liked the spacious condo for our family. It was awesome as far as that goes. Would have been nice to have more bath towels, hand towels, & wash cloths. I left a couple articles of clothing how do I get them back? A pair of black shorts & pair of gray shorts both for women. Can they be mailed to me?
