Nicole is a very professional property manager. She understands what is required and what is expected to manage a vacation rental property. She stays very current with the State/City laws and regulations. Nicole utilizes the latest technology to maintain an outstanding website and how to get visitors to answer any questions they have so that they feel comfortable making a reservation. Nicole also uses state-of-the-art support software tools for the owners so they can see what reservations they have and retrieve their monthly revenue statements. Nicole is the consummate professional and has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a property manager for their vacation rental.

Nicole is a joy to work with and has a CAN DO attitude whenever any issues arise. Nicole has earned my trust and I know I can count on her to take care of my unit and maximize the rental of my unit. I have other property managers and Nicole is by far the most responsive and responsible. She is truly a joy to work with.

Nicole helped me realize that more business was possible by getting involved with the online services that are out there like Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Before Nicole took over, our business was being affected by short term renters using services like Airbnb, VRBO instead of renting our unit. Nicole figured out how to work with these services so that we could also benefit from those referrals.

The support on my unit is outstanding. Nicole treats each guest with lots of care and listens to the needs of the guest during their visit. She is extremely personable and always finds a way to make sure the guests enjoy their stay in my unit. I view Nicole as a valuable partner in my vacation rental business. She also makes suggestions on how to make my unit more attractive for our guests such as remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms. All these suggestions add to the value of my unit as well as making it more attractive for our guests.

Nicole has brought property up to date with a new website and use of social media to attract more guests to my unit. Partnering with Airbnb, VRBO and other social media apps has helped to draw business to my unit. My annual revenues have more than doubled since she took over as my property manager. Ratings on service and support have helped to get repeat business. Service and improvements to the unit have resulted in 5 star ratings.
