When we arrived and went to our assigned location, we learned that the power to our unit was down and there was someone there trying to fix it. Nicole quickly re-assigned us to a different unit. Shortly after we settled into the new unit, she told us the first location was repaired and ready but left it up to us to choose where we wanted to stay. The 2nd location had closer pool access and we were already unpacked so we decided to stay there. Overall our stay was amazing. I appreciated all the amenities and the thoughtfulness put into them. The location was quiet and close to lots of beaches and food trucks. A visit to Honolulu was only an hour away. We would definitely stay here again!

It was very easy working with the team to find an available condo and then getting it booked. The instructions for getting to the condo and for my stay there were very clear and easy to follow. Check in time was perfect, it would have been nice to have been an able to check out an hour or so later but I was able to manage the early check out time. Theyre good people! Something we particularly loved was there was beach equipment that we could use- chairs, umbrellas, towels were so helpful to us. It really just elevated our experience.
